The 2010 Creative Arts Emmy Awards were handed out on Saturday, and Betty White, John Lithgow and Neil Patrick Harris were among the winners.
The Creative Arts Emmy Awards recognize excellence in more than 70 categories and are dedicated to key technical disciplines and behind-the-scenes crafts essential to television production, including cinematography, art direction, makeup, hairstyling, music, picture editing, sound editing and mixing, special effects, stunts and more.
The annual ceremony will air on Friday, August 27th at 1:00 p.m. ET/PT on E! while the big Emmy broadcast will air on NBC on Sunday, August 29th.
