White Collar is a new show on USA Network about an improbable relationship and partnership between a con artist and an FBI agent. Neal Caffrey, played by Matt Bomer, is a criminal mastermind who is finally caught by FBI Agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay). After Caffrey escapes from a super-max prison, Burke recaptures him and then the relationship is struck. Instead of throwing him back in jail, the two team up to catch criminals in exchange for his eventual freedom. Caffrey provides insight to cases that only criminals might think of. The show has a Burn Notice feel to it, but of course not as hardcore when it comes to spy and blowing things up. White Collar is appropriately named just for that one reason.
