In what might be the most genius casting move of the season, Smallville has cast Teri Hatcher as the mother of Erica Durance’s Lois Lane!
For some of the show’s younger fans, this might not mean much but for those of us who remember the ’90s series, Lois and Clark, in which Hatcher played Lois Lane, opposite Dean Cain’s Clark Kent, the casting stunt is not lost on us.
For those who are confused as to how they are going to work in Lois’ mom, Ella, who is suppose to be dead, think back to episode 8 when Lois discovered old videotapes of her mother.
