After the success of HBO’s True Blood, which was based on the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris, it’s not surprising that network television is now looking for their own project based on another set of Harris’ books.
Reportedly, CBS is developing a new series called Grave Sight that will be based on Harris’ Harper Connelly novels. Ridley Scott and Tony Scott are also on board as executive producers for the mystery show.
The books follow Harper Connelly, who is able to hear and see the last moments of the dead after she was struck by lightning as a teenager.
