“The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” Danielle Staub and the rest of the cast return on May 3 for a second season, just in time for the release of Staub’s autobiography, “The Naked Truth,” on May 25.
But, before Danielle could start celebrating, her ex-husband Kevin Maher filed a lawsuit against the reality star saying that she was lying about him and he wants her to take a lie detector test to prove it.
In October of last year, Maher filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Staub charging her with defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Maher is suing for a total of $5 million.
