If you can’t wait until the season three premiere of “True Blood” on Sunday, June 13th, HBO has a few goodies to hold you over. The network will be airing six mini-episodes, which they’re calling “A Drop of True Blood”. All of the episodes were written by creator Alan Ball and they begin airing on Sunday, May 2 after the Season 2 reruns at 8 p.m.
Alan Ball isn’t just keeping busy with the mini-episodes and all new full length eps either, he’s also written a new series of comic books based on the show which will debut at Comic Con this July. Fans can pre-order the comic at HBO.com now though.
They’ve also released a new collectible fan poster which focuses on Bill. (Check it out above)
