When Serena’s dad (played by Billy Baldwin) left at the end of Monday’s night episode, we thought that was the last we would see of him, but think again.
According to E! Online, Billy will return to the Upper East Side next season. But even though there is much to be resolved between Serena and her dad, Billy won’t be joining the series as a regular, but rather will be popping up here and there to stir up drama.
When asked if he would become a regular, he simply explained, “I live in Santa Barbara, and they shoot in New York.”
