NBC officially unveiled its new fall line up at the Upfronts in NYC this morning. But, the ceremony didn’t exactly go off without a hitch. Since the network neglected to have any security at its technical rehearsal at a NYC Hilton hotel last week, they were easily infiltrated by The Hollywood Reporter. The trade publication immediately released bits and pieces of the rehearsal, causing NBC to ban them from the real thing.
Despite the minor set back, the network still felt, “for the first time in quite a while we feel we have some real momentum at NBC,” Jeff Gaspin, the chairman of NBC Universal Television Entertainment, said.
