If you watched the last season of Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood on Oxygen, you know that one of Tori Spelling’s main story lines throughout the season was her fear that her husband, Dean McDermott, would hurt himself racing motorcycles.
In the meantime, Dean argued that motorcycles were his passion, that is until the end of the season, when he finally agreed to concentrate more on his acting then his bike riding.
Now we find out that after the cameras were off, Dean right back to motorbike riding and Tori’s worst fears were realized.
After a dirt biking accident, McDermott was rushed to the ICU bleeding and unable to move. He suffered a puncture wound to his side, which punctured and collapsed his lung.
“At first I was mad,” Spelling said. “I was pissed that he was out biking and crashed. But when I showed up and saw him lying there, and they told me they were admitting him to ICU with a collapsed lung, my heart dropped. My biggest fear had come true.”
