Writer Cynthia Cidre has been hired to pen TNT’s new remake of the classic TV drama: Dallas.
TNT along with show producers Warner Horizon are keeping the storyline a secret, however the original idea was to have the series center on J.R. and Sue Ellen’s son John Ross and Bobby and Pam’s adopted son Christopher. The studio is placing this concept on the back-burner and is awaitingCidre’s draft for the new show and the Ewing family story line.
Currently, there no talks between actors (original or new) and a rep for Warner Horizon was quoted as saying the three original stars “may or may not be a part of” the new Dallas.
