Mad Men gal Christina Hendricks recently said that she is always excited when she begins work on the popular retro series on AMC.
Hendricks, who plays the “ridiculously sexy and shrewd secretary Joan Holloway” in the drama, spoke to the Los Angeles Times and explained that she always wants to know what’s going to happen to the show’s characters.
“We’re all very nervous every season when we come back,” says the 34-year-old. “Oh gosh, we haven’t done this in so long,” is the mood at the start of each season, she said, “so it doesn’t feel like old hat at all.””We really love this show and get very excited” she said, “so it always feels fresh.”
