DISH Network is now offering a prepaid option for their service. Here’s how it works. You can purchase pre-paid hardware at your local RadioShack or DISH Network retailer. Then you can purchase programming in advance in $30 or $40 increments. You will be given a card, similar to a pre-paid phone card, with a PIN (personal identification number). After the service is installed, all you have to do is call the phone number on the back of your pre-paid card, enter your PIN and receiver information and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the DISH Network.

Qualifying packages include their popular DISHFamily and America’s Top 120™, you can even receive premium movie packages. You can choose whatever package you want and you can reload your DISH Network system at any time.

The DISH Network Pre-Paid Payment Option is perfect for those who are, let’s say, lacking in the credit department. DISH Network will do a credit check on new customers and if you have bad credit they will often require a deposit upfront which can run up to $200. With the pre-paid option there is no credit check so you can still get DISH Network’s premium services without paying a deposit.

It also allows you to cancel at anytime, if you no longer want the service, you can simply choose not to reload your system. It doesn’t get easier than that!
