This week, the biggest celebration of the small screen kicks off in California. The Paley Center for Media’s annual PaleyFest 09 brings together the casts and crews of some of today’s most popular TV shows, from various genres and networks, for panels and screenings, all of which are open to the public. All panels will be held at the Arclight Cinerama Dome, 6360 W. Sunset Blvd., Los angeles and all after parties (including a closing night “Swingtown” soiree) will be held at The Paley Center for Media, 465 N. Beverly Drive
Beverly Hills.
The festival opens Friday with FX’s “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and closes on April 24th with “Swingtown”. Other highlights include “Fringe”, “90210” with special guest Tori Spelling, and a screening of the unaired episodes of “Pushing Daisies”. Tickets for most panels are still available and can be purchased online, general ticket prices begin at $60.
