When it comes to guilty pleasures, CSI: Miami tops my list. You’d think it’d be something really cheeseball like, say, American Idol, but I can’t even bring myself to watch reality tv. Instead I look at CSI: Miami and see that David Caruso’s character is completely over the top, but I love it all the same. We had a particularly exciting episode last night at 10:00pm on CBS, but I haven’t gotten a chance to watch it yet (go Hulu!) so I’m going to hold off on the recap until I’ve gotten a good look at it myself.

Entertainment Tonight did recently speak to the cast of the show, though, in particular with the show’s ever popular main character, Horatio. He said that the return of Khandi Alexander was a “great gift to us.”

In an upcoming episode, Khandi plays the part of Dr. Alexx Woods, who returns to the show when a murderer puts Claeigh (Emily Procter) and Ryan (played by Jonathan Togo) in danger. I was very disappointed that I missed this episode, but I’ll be eager to provide a full review once I get the chance.
