Rick, I’m sorry to hear that. I haven’t had any problems with Netflix lagging. Did you have anything else downloading or uploading in the background? What type of internet connection do you have?

Chances are something was happening on your end that was causing it to lag. If you are using Bit Torrent or any downloading program in the background try closing it. Also if you have cable internet and live in an apartment building or highly populated area your connection can be really slow on weekends because its shared with everyone in the area.

I was trying to watch the first episode on netflix this weekend (saturday night) and it was okay for about 10 minutes and then lagged for about 20 minutes before we became frustrated and turned it off.
