Glee is in its first season on Fox and is doing quite well.  The show is unique in that it is an American musical comedy-drama series, focusing on a high school show choir (glee club) set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.  The season began on September 9th and so far the eight episodes show have been a hit.  Fox has recently picked up the show for a full season, always a good sign for any sitcom or drama.

Glee was created by Ryan Murphy (of Nip/Tuck fame), Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan.  Murphy actually hand-selects the music in the series.  Glee fans have flocked to iTunes stores to download released songs during each week’s episode.  While the show has a High School Musical feel to it, Murphy is constantly denying this fact.  His take is that it is intended to be a family show that will appeal to both adults as well as kids.  Other than a couple of B-list actors, most of the kids are relatively new to show business, which could be why the show is so magnetic.

I recommend watching Glee episodes through Netflix. Netflix currently has all episodes of Glee available to watch. The official site to catch all the latest episodes of Glee (in HD) as well as other Fox shows.  Episodes are posted the day after airing.  Only the last three episodes are in full-length.  There are short clips of previous episodes.

3. Hulu.com

Popular online site is like an online DVR.  Subscribe to a wide array of shows and their player is also in HD.  Like Fox, the lastest episode is posted the day after airing.

4. Imdb.com

Not only can you watch the latest few episodes but you can also find out exactly who the actors are.  The video player is linked to Hulu so viewing is high quality.

5. Sling.com

This site is like Hulu except a little younger.  If you have a Slingbox account, you can stream content from the Slingbox to your computer.  Sling also uses the Hulu player.
