I absolutely love this show! It kind of reminds me of my childhood. Especially Eden Woods mother. Her mother is just like mine. (Love you mom!) When I was a child I remember doing pageants. I still do them. But only in the summer. Since I’m in high school and I don’t have a lot of time (Soccer, tennis, dance, work) I don’t have enough time for pageants any more. When I have my daughter I’m going to put her in pageants. I know she will LOVE it.

Can I be on the show. I can be good in padgents.

I happened upon this show recently, and it disturbed me greatly. Let’s just say the messages that these mothers are giving their children and the values they are passing on will NOT be making this world a better place. I especially felt sorry for the twin six-year olds, especially the one who, according to her mother, doesn’t usually win. The mother clearly favors the more outgoing, more perfect-looking twin. I so wish someone would take those children and give them to families that cherish what’s inside: the heart and soul of a child. My heart broke watching this show.
