The mad rush by the networks to get their new fall shows on the air has slowed down but there are still a few premieres to look forward to.

Ugly Betty fans will be happy Betty’s back but they not be happy about her new day and time. Betty and the Mode crew return Friday at 8 p.m., a time slot known to most as the place where once popular shows go to die. Fans of The View will be interested to check out Sherri Shepherd’s new sitcom, Sherri, which is loosely based on her life before she became famous.
