Over the weekend I had to contact Netflix about something, and I prefer using the phone over email so I decided to call them. I know there are a lot of people out there like me who would rather change their account settings and what not over the phone then by email – it just seems like its more convenient to be able to call someone up and have it done with when you hang up.
