Dish Network is always doing promotional specials to attract new subscribers.  Currently you can sign up as a new customer for $24.99 per month for one year.  In order to receive this price, you must agree to a one year commitment with Dish Network.  If you’re willing to do that, then other perks you get are over 120 of the top channels (including your local channels), a free DVR upgrade, a free HD DVR receiver for two rooms, free HBO and Showtime for three months, and free installation by a Dish Network professional.

Another great deal is when you sign up for automatic payments online, for one cent a month (one year total) you get Cinemax as well as six other premium channels.  That is a great deal since Cinemax always has good movies on.

For a limited time, if you sign up for a Silver 200 channel package or higher, DVR service, and sign up for automatic bill pay quoted at $42.99, Walmart will give you a $25 gift card.  The package usually costs $58.99 annually.  This deal doesn’t make that much sense in that there is a $16 difference and you’re only getting $25 out of it.
