Team Conan was out in force today in L.A. today to show their for their favorite redhead, even if an exit deal is imminent.

Despite the rain, Coco’s loyal supporters staged a rally, in protest of NBC’s treatment of the host, Monday outside Hollywood’s Universal Studios where O’Brien tapes The Tonight Show.

The rally was scheduled to take place at noon local time but crowds gathered hours beforehand. Tonight Show staff members handed out coffee and doughnuts to the group while trombonist La Bamba and the Masturbating Bear dropped by to say hi. Andy Richter and Conan O’Brien also made brief appearances in front of the fans.

Many in the crowd carried “I’m with Coco” signs and wore red wigs while staging fights between O’Brien and Jay Leno impersonators. They, of course, booed loudly at the faux Leno, who later screamed as his chin hung off. They also did a sendup of Leno’s “Jaywalking” bit.

Fans in NYC showed their support for Conan today too as they formed an impromptu rally at 30 Rock. You can see video of the event below:
