Sunday, April 12 marks the conclusion of Rock of Love Bus, and it will also be the finale for the entire Rock of Love series. After weeks of drinking, groping, and pretending he’s actually looking for love and not just being a skanky famewhore, Bret Michaels will choose between the two “lucky” finalists, Taya and Mindy.

In the finale, the three will head to the Dominican Republic for a romantic getaway, then Bret will decide who has won his heart. At least, he’ll decide who is least likely to give him multiple STDs. The following week, April 19, there will be a Rock of Love Bus reunion. I’d say that’s where all the good gossip comes out, but it’s not like any of these freaks had filters during the regular run of the season.

Will it be the down-to-earth, weirdly normal Mindy? Will it be the attention-seeking Penthouse Pet Taya? Or will Bret pull a Kelly Taylor and choose himself? I’m rooting for the latter, because you know that will cause some epic and entertaining drama.

If you think you’ll miss any of the ladies from Rock of Love Bus, Ashley, Beverly, and Farrah will be participating in the new season of Charm School. The finale of Rock of Love Bus airs on VH-1 at 9:00 pm Eastern/8:00 Central on Sunday, April 12.

Prison Break fans have had a long wait for new episodes. The series last aired in December but it returns next Friday, April 17, at 8:00 pm Eastern/9:00 Central for the first of seven new episodes. The episodes will mark the conclusion of both the fourth season and the series. The two hour series finale will air on May 15 at 8:00 pm Eastern/9:00 Central.

Since Prison Break’s debut in 2005, the series has followed brothers Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) and Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) as they try to unravel the conspiracy that put Lincoln behind bars and sentenced him to death. After Michael deliberately set out to be imprisoned where his brother was, he conspired to break Lincoln and himself out. The brothers, along with several other escapees, have been on the run ever since and fighting to bring down The Company, the shadowy organization behind everything.

The fourth season has reunited Michael with love interest Dr. Sara Tancredi (Sara Wayne Callies), who was presumed dead in the the third season. Also back from the dead is Michael and Lincoln’s mother, who is somehow connected to The Company and its objectives. Meanwhile, Alex Mahone (William Fitchner) is also trying to bring down The Company because they killed his son and the dangerous T-Bag (Robert Knepper) has formed an uneasy alliance with the brothers.

Tonight marks the conclusion of Life’s second season. Because of weak ratings, it could also end up being the series finale. The last episode of season two, entitled “One,” airs on NBC tonight at 9:00 pm Eastern/8:00 Central.

Starring Damian Lewis as Detective Charlie Crews, Life follows Crews after he was released from prison and rejoined the Los Angeles Police Department. Crews spent 12 years behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit. When he’s not solving crimes with partner Dani Reese (Sarah Shahi), he’s trying to unravel the conspiracy that put him behind bars. The series also stars Adam Arkin as Ted Earley and Donal Logue as Captain Kevin Tidwell.

This season the show was forced to make some changes after Shahi announced her pregnancy. Reese has ostensibly been away on training for an FBI task force, while Crews works with new partner Jane Seever (Gabrielle Union) and is confronted with the possibility that Reese is involved in the conspiracy. Events come to a head tonight when Crews tracks down Reese, who has been kidnapped by Crews’ Russian crimelord nemesis Roman Nevikov (Garret Dillahunt).

About the finale, creator Rand Ravich tells Zap2It, “Certainly last year we didn’t know whether we were coming back as well. And so this episode leaves us at a very satisfying place, I think, emotionally and plot-wise for all our characters, where if this were it we would not feel … I mean, I as an audience viewer would not feel frustrated. So there’s still plenty of room to go on, there’s still plenty of doors to open, but we do resolve more than a few things.”

Life has struggled in the ratings both seasons. It was almost certainly saved from cancellation after its first season by the effects of the writers’ strike. However, there is nothing like that in its favor this year. It’s got critical acclaim, especially for the quirky Lewis, and strong network support, but the ratings make it almost a sure thing for cancellation. It’s a shame, because this is one of NBC’s programming bright spots.

Rescue Me has been off the air for over a year because of the 2008 writers’ strike, but it returns tonight with the first of 22 new episodes for its fifth season. The premiere airs on F/X at 10:00 pm Eastern/9:00 Central.

What’s in store this season for Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary) and the other firefighters and their friends and family? Michael J. Fox has joined the cast as a new love interest for Tommy’s ex-wife Janet (Andrea Roth) and that’s sure to cause some friction. Tommy is also still dealing with the death of his father. Meanwhile, Lou (John Scurti) reconnects with the prostitute Candy, who swindled him out of his life savings several seasons ago. Lou also meets a writer (Karina Lombard) who reinvigorates his love for poetry.

Meanwhile, the specter of 9/11 continues to shadow the company, as Lombard’s writer interviews the men about their experiences for a book and Franco (Daniel Sunjata) explores whether the attacks were an inside job. Tommy’s daughter Colleen tries to keep her relationship with firefighter Black Shawn (Larenz Tate) a secret. Mike (Michael Lombardi) attempts to run a bar with his mother’s inheritance. And somebody at 62 Truck is battling cancer.

Based on the strength of season five’s episodes, F/X has already renewed Rescue Me for a sixth season to air in 2010. All 22 episodes of season five will air through the spring and summer without breaks or repeats.

ER’s body hasn’t even cooled but its bed timeslot is going to another. Southland premieres this Thursday night, April 9, at 10:00 pm Eastern/9:00 Central on NBC. The cop drama is produced by John Wells, who was also responsible for ER.

Starring Benjamin Hendrickson and Michael Cudlitz, the series follows rookie uniformed officer Ben Sherman of the Los Angeles Police Department and his training officer John Cooper as they patrol the streets and put their lives in danger every day. Southland also stars Regina King, Shawn Hatosy, Kevin Alejandro, Arija Bareikis, Michael McGrady, and Tom Everett Scott.

The pilot episode of Southland became available for online viewing last week after ER’s series finale. I’ve seen it and while it suffers from typical “pilotitis” – a surfeit of overplotting, characters that are more archetypes than people, and clunky exposition – it was less cliched, gritter and more riveting than I expected.

All of the performances are solid, but Michael Cudlitz stands out. Hendrickson’s Ben Sherman is clearly meant to be the heart of this show, but Cudlitz’s John Cooper is its soul. I was also surprised, in a good way, by a twist at the end of the episode involving one of the characters. I won’t give it away here but I’m intrigued to see how it develops.

With NBC giving over its 10:00 pm timeslot to Jay Leno five nights a week starting in the fall, I’m not sure if Southland has a future on the network even if it delivers solid ratings. The series is too dark for a 9:00 pm show and toning it down while likely drive away the viewers who liked it in the first place. I’m hoping for Southland to succeed in its first season, if only to show NBC that its Leno move is folly and the 10:00 pm hour is still worth programming with good scripted television.

This Sunday, The Tudors returns to Showtime for its season three premiere. Last season audiences saw King Henry VIII (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) wed, bed, and behead Anne Boleyn (Natalie Dormer) over ten episodes that spanned approximately three years. What’s in store for the capricious and temperamental medieval king this season?

The focus of season three will be on Henry’s marriages to his third and fourth wives, Jane Seymour (Annabelle Wallis) and Anne of Cleves (Joss Stone), wrapping up with an introduction to the teenage temptress who will become his fifth wife, Catherine Howard (Tamzin Merchant). The demure Jane was the only wife to provide Henry with a son and she might have saved Henry and his future wives a lot of trouble if she hadn’t died shortly after childbirth. Anne of Cleves’ marriage to Henry was a short-lived disaster; she only got to save her head by readily agreeing to an annulment.

Besides his romantic and procreative woes, Henry will spend the season dealing with the uprising of disenfranchised Catholics, who resent Henry’s right-hand man Thomas Cromwell (James Frain) for ordering the destruction and theft of the monasteries and churches. Henry dispatches Charles Brandon (Henry Cavill) to quash the Pilgrimage of Grace.

All of this and more begins this Sunday night, April 5, at 9:00 pm Eastern/8:00 Central on Showtime. The premiere is now available to watch on Fancast and other broadband streaming video websites. All episodes of The Tudors‘ third season will be available to watch on On Demand a week before they air on Showtime.

Ever wonder what would happen if you put your Playstation 3 in a microwave? Probably not, but for some reason this guy had a strange inclination to try it. I have included the full 12 minutes of horror captured on video below.

Although dovetastic (The YouTube username of the guy that decides to microwave his PS3) describes this atrocity as a “console mod / work of art” I think that destroying the ultimate media player / game machine should be made illegal.

I think a moment of silence is in order for that poor PS3.

Last week was the premiere of Lost Season 4, and I already can’t wait for this weeks episode. I thought I would post the TV schedule that has been confirmed by ABC for Lost so far. ABC has stated that there will be 16 episodes in the 4th season of Lost and that they will run them back to back for 16 straight weeks. Apparently the season finale will be a special two hour event, probably with a ridiculous cliffhanger. Anyway I have included the schedule announced so far below, and will update it when more episodes and dates are announced. Oh yeah, and according to some ABC insiders, the 4th season is apparently the best and most intense season of Lost yet.

If you haven’t see the new Terminator TV show on FOX yet, you really need to watch it. Now! There are multiple places to watch it online that I cover below. The Sarah Connor Chronicles takes place between the second and third terminator movies (Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines) Sarah Connor and her son John try to destroy the Skynet network as they avoid the government and detection from terminators. When I first heard about the show I was VERY skeptical because it sounds like it would be a flop. However after watching the pilot episode I was overjoyed and blown away. It has just as much suspense and drama as other popular action shows like 24 and Lost plus a little extra. Overall the cast is great and Summer Glau plays a really bad ass Terminator.

I am a huge Lost fan, and with the new season premiering in a few days I needed to go back and catch up from where I left off which happened to be about halfway through season 2. Since I was in the office and had a lot of work to get done last few days I decided just to watch Lost on my computer instead of heading out and buying the DVDs.

You can find some, but not all episodes of Lost on this site. However most of the episodes linked here are in a Divx web player which has awesome video quality. You probably want to watch all of the episodes you can here because the quality is the best around.

Sidereel is like a giant video directory and has hundreds of links to episodes of Lost around the web. If for some reason Lost Stream, or QuickSilverScreen go down I would recommend using this. The downside to Sidereel is its a bit harder to navigate and locate episodes with.
