I’ve seen plenty of previews for the upcoming debut of NBC’s new drama, “Kings,” but always found myself asking more questions as to how the show worked rather than genuine interest. It looked like some guy with absolute power and a kid pulled into the mess by accident or fate, and his experience “inside” the ruling class, but the whole concept seemed “meh” when I watched the trailers.
