There were three separate story lines in this week’s episode, here’s a look at each.
HRG finally stepped in to help Claire with a little problem: the fact that an invisible Becky is trying to kill her and her new BFF. Gretchen couldn’t take it any longer and decided to leave school. HRG brought the Haitian with him and Claire had the Haitian follow Gretchen to make sure she was OK.
Monday night’s episode of Heroes was like a walk down memory lane, here’s a recap of what happened:
First, we’ll start with Hiro who tried to save Charlie from a deadly brain tumor. He used Sylar to remove the tumor from her head. But, don’t start celebrating yet. Hiro and Charlie went to the diner afterwords and when Hiro stepped outside, she was gone and Samuel was there. He forced Hiro to bring them back to present day. Then, Samuel told him that he had had Charlie locked in an unknown time and the only way Hiro will get her back is if he does whatever Samuel says.
Here’s a look at what happened this week on Heroes:
Parkman got drunk in an attempt to get rid of Sylar. Since he still had thoughts of Sylar taking over his mind, he started drinking and realized it had an impact on his visions of Sylar. So, he decided to get stupid drunk and thought that it worked to get Sylar out of his head but we all know that drinking never really solves anything. Later, we learn that Sylar had gotten inside Parkman while he was sleeping and now controls his body.
This week’s Heroes picked up with Sylar in Samuel’s circus and he has no idea who he is. He even entered a Hall of Mirrors to see memories of his former self but it just made him upset, it did not jog his memory. But it doesn’t seem to matter to Samuel, he tells the carnival that Sylar is a killer and gets him initiated into the. It seems his ultimate plan is to mold Sylar into their own, even more dangerous, killer.
Meanwhile, HRG and Peter travel to Georgia to find a healer that can help Hiro. They end up coming across Jeremy, but his power had turned against him and he killed people, including his parents, with his touch. When he accidentally shot Peter, HRG convinced him he could be a healer again.
This week’s episode picks up where last week’s left off as Sylar comes out of the ground and is found by the police staggering down the road. The police officer sees he has blood on his shirt and draws a gun on him. Sylar is later evaluated by a doctor who, despite a request by the police, does not deem Sylar insane. Instead, she makes him a cup of tea and promises to help him.
Sylar is then interrogated by the police and is accused of killing his mother. Sylar puts his hands up to keep the cop away and he goes flying through the window. Sylar takes off, catches up with Madeline (the doctor) and begs her for help. She lets him into her car and they start driving. She convinces him to turn himself in but his powers kick in and lighting starts to come out of his hands. The cops shoot him and he falls down a hill. When he gets up, he watches the bullet wounds heal. Madeline tells Sylar to run and he does. Sylar comes to a carnival and Sullivan standing in front of the entrance where he welcomes Sylar and tells him he is home.
Monday night’s episode of Heroes was light on action but still had its moments. Like, for starters, Hiro was trying to go back in time to save a former employee who had committed suicide after being fired. And what was the employee fired for? Photocopying his butt! Some fans have criticized this plot line but i think it kind of lightened things up (and it was way more realistic than some of the stuff they pull). Sometimes the show is too …
This week’s Heroes only focused on three storylines. Here’s a look at each:
Claire told Gretchen (her new college roommate and friend) about her power. Gretchen already had a good idea though since Claire was able to jump out of a window and survive. But after Gretchen pushed her about the incident, Claire finally came completely clean. It doesn’t seem like this is a totally bad thing since even HRG approved of his daughter’s admission.
Meanwhile, Parkman is becoming like Sylar and …
