Although this one is pretty obvious I thought I would list it anyway. With regular cable packages you usually get less than 100 channels of programming. Even with Digital Cable you will only get around 200-300 without paying a fortune. This Just In! DirecTV has recently been ranked. “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Satellite/Cable TV Subscribers” in three out of the four regions of the continental United States. Ok, well maybe it’s not that exciting to the average person, however this is a pretty big accomplishment for DirecTV. J.D. Power and Associates does a yearly customer satisfaction survey which consists of the entire continental United States.
